My Name is Ian Beck. I'm an Elementary/Secondary Education major at Camden County College with hopes to enroll at Rowan University for Inclusive Education with a concentration in English and Social Studies. I currently work as a one-to-one aide at an elementary school and have completed a student observational where I co-taught alongside educators in the classroom. I can provide specialized services based on student needs. I've worked primarily with special education students with mild to moderate disabilities in general education classrooms. Depending on what your little scholar needs help with, I can do it. However, I only specialize in K-5 education, and not 6-12 or higher. 

Everything that I do with students centers on student success. As an aspiring educator, I place my students needs before my own. My services work alongside local school curriculum to ensure relevant and consistent reinforcement of content and materials. 

All students are different in their educational journey's, which is why I find it extremely important to work alongside educators and caregivers to deliver the best experience. As stated previously, I have experience working with children with exceptionalities, and work to ensure all reasonable accommodations are made to meet students needs. I use a variety of techniques and follow all professional guidelines to ensure all students needs are met.
